Most apps don't fail on code. They fail to land: a confusing first screen, a paywall nobody tested, a launch with no plan. We run our own apps, so what happens after the build is part of the job.

## How we work
- Round 1, Scope (1 week): One workshop, one written plan: what we build, what we don't, what it costs. Fixed price before any design starts.
- Round 2, Design (2–3 weeks): A clickable prototype on your phone by the end of week one, tested with real users before a line of production code.
- Round 3, Build (6–10 weeks): Weekly TestFlight and preview builds. A short written update every Friday. You can stop the fight at any round.
- Round 4, Launch & grow (Ongoing): Store listing, screenshots, review process, then paywall and onboarding tests once real users arrive.

## FAQ
### How much does a project cost?
Most first versions of an app land between [$XXk] and [$XXk]; websites start at [$Xk]. You get a fixed price at the end of Round 01, before design starts.

### How long until we're on the App Store?
Usually 10 to 14 weeks for a first version. Smaller scopes ship faster; we'll tell you honestly in the first call.

### Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Repository, App Store and Play accounts, designs, analytics: everything is set up in your name.

### Native or cross-platform?
Swift and Kotlin when the product leans on the platform, Flutter when one codebase is the smarter bet. We pick per project and explain why in the scope.

### Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We start with a one-week audit of the code, the funnel and the store listing, then propose what to fix first.

### What happens after launch?
Most clients stay on a monthly plan for updates, paywall tests and growth work. Month to month, cancel anytime.
